Mona has played an instrumental role in growing the company to 150+ employees in the development center and led as CEO and director of software engineering. She has a double degree in Masters in Business Administration and a Masters in Public Administration. She completed her bachelor’s in engineering with Merit List in 2006.

She is a Certified Agile Practitioner with Scrum@Scale, CAL, CSPO, CSM certifications. With the experiences in the leading companies in the valley, to date, she is enriched with versatile experience as a Project Lead, Engineering Manager, Project Manager, Product Line Manager. She has been Appraisee Team Member in certifying CMMI level 3 certification. She also managed the EAL 3+ CC certification project, Gartner Magic Quadrant project, and many others. Moreover, she has significant insight into managerial aspects and approaches which is one of the major stories of her current role and responsibility.

She has been awarded by Government in Nepal for motivating young people in the IT sector. She was nominated for the IT award in Silicon Valley, USA, and in Asia for leading the IT team. She was
also nominated for women in IT of the year award in Asia, Singapore. She started her journey in the Software Industry 14 years back as a software developer in one of the leading US-based software company. Prior, she operated a computer institute and was also a teaching faculty member.

She has been a key in managing a SIEM Product from requirements, customers expectation, product management, to delivery and success. Along with her managerial experience, she has 5+ years of experience in core development. Currently, she has consulting services on product management in various startups and projects and also has startup launches.
