Madhavi Pradhan is Local Leader of Women in Agile Singapore and Founder of Innov8agility, Singapore. She is an Agile Coach and Trainer, a SAFe® 5 Program Consultant (SPC), ICAgile accredited trainer (ICP-ATF,ICP-BAF)
She is a Computer Engineer with 12 years of technology delivery, leadership, and process improvement experience in the Agile and DevOps transformation environment. She has played multiple servant leader roles in the Singapore financial services sector’s technology and business. She is proficient in MUREX product management, Investment Banking, Treasury and Capital Markets regulatory deliverables with traditional and agile ways of working using Scrum and Kanban.
She is a Singapore Government’s Excellent Service Star Award Winner for consecutive years for delivering the best client experience.
She believes in “Learn, Unlearn and Relearn” to empower the community.
